Reviewers treat Air 3 as the dual-camera travel drone Mini 4 Pro is not: two 1/1.3-inch cameras including a 70 mm telephoto, more wind authority at 720 g, C1 paperwork. DPReview’s split is still the one people quote — Mini 4 Pro if you want sub-250 g and true vertical; Air 3 if you will actually use optical telephoto and fly coast or city wind. Versus Air 3S it is the previous dual-camera, not a 1-inch wide.

Do I need to register the Air 3 in the UK?

Air 3 is C1, takeoff about 720 g (C1. Flyer ID required.). In the UK a Flyer ID is required from 100 g, and an Operator ID is required from 100 g with a camera or from 250 g — this airframe needs both.
