Neo is the controller-optional palm starter: 135 g, 1/2-inch 4K/30, internal storage only, downward sensing. DroneXL files it with Flip as flying without flying — takeoff from the hand, automated moves, land in the palm. Versus Neo 2 you would notice 4K/60, omni sensing and O4; versus Mini 4K you would notice there is no foldable camera drone here, just a palm copter with a small sensor.

Do I need to register the Neo in the UK?
Neo is C0, takeoff about 135 g (Palm-sized, propeller guards on.). In the UK a Flyer ID is required from 100 g, and an Operator ID is required from 100 g with a camera or from 250 g — this airframe needs both. Which controller or headset flies the Neo?
